### Saving, printing and sharing

- Export the Animate morph as a video file.
- Print or share from the application.
- Exported images have source EXIF metadata removed, including camera, device, date and GPS information.
- Saved images remain ordinary files under the user's control after trial expiry, subscription expiry or uninstallation.

To uninstall, use Windows Settings → Apps, or move the macOS application from Applications to the Trash. Uninstalling preserves saved images and does not restart the trial.

### Account, cancellation and expiry

The [customer account](https://clients.plastic-surgery-simulator.com/account) provides the activation key, renewal date and activation history, and links to Stripe's billing portal for invoices, payment methods and cancellation. The activation key remains available in the account; its presence does not mean an expired licence is valid.

Cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period. The key can therefore still appear active after cancellation. Stripe's billing portal is authoritative for subscription status and the access end date. After paid access ends, simulation stops until valid paid access is restored. A terminally cancelled subscription cannot be resumed; a later purchase creates a new licence and key. Saved image files are unaffected.

### Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Email [contact@plastic-surgery-simulator.com](mailto:contact@plastic-surgery-simulator.com) from the purchase email address with enough purchase information to identify the transaction. A full refund permanently ends the associated licence and activation key. ## Offline use and privacy

Simulation, saving and printing work offline. Starting a trial, activating a paid licence and periodically refreshing licence status require internet access. Continued offline access is limited; uninterrupted offline use is not promised.

Photographs and project content are opened, edited and saved locally. PSS does not upload them or send image pixels, filenames, paths, image metadata, patient names or editing history to its licensing services. The desktop application does not collect tool-usage analytics.

Online services do process account, payment, trial and licence/device information needed to operate the service. Feedback is transmitted only when submitted by the user; sanitized crash reports require express consent. These submissions do not include photographs or project content. Desktop image privacy should not be interpreted as a claim that the website, accounts or billing collect no data.

Users are responsible for image permissions and patient consent, device security, storage, access controls, backups, retention and sharing. Saving to a cloud-synced or network folder, or sharing through another service, uses the user's chosen provider and settings. ## Release status

The [English release notes](https://www.plastic-surgery-simulator.com/en/changelog/) announce Spot healing on September 9, 2026, and the rebuilt Windows v2.0 in September 2026. AI support for procedures beyond reshaping is listed as **in development**, not an available feature.
