Seven days from the moment you start it in the app. The trial is the complete software, with every tool, every view and unlimited simulations, and it does not require payment details. AI Edit can be explored in the trial; generating requires a licence.

A flat $99 per year on up to two computers. Keys are platform-specific: you choose Windows or macOS at checkout. There are no per-image charges, seat tiers or consultation quotas. AI Edit is the only optional pay-per-use feature; see pricing.

Yes, on two computers of the same platform, for your own use, typically your desktop and your laptop. To move to a new computer, release an old one from your customer account and activate the new one with the same key.

No. A key activates only the platform it was bought for. If you work on both Windows and macOS, you need an activation key for each.

Licences renew automatically every year unless you stop the renewal yourself in the billing portal, reached from your customer account, or Stripe cannot renew the payment. If you stop it, the software keeps working for the rest of the period you have paid for; after that it stops simulating until the licence is renewed or a new activation key is purchased. Images you have already saved are ordinary files on your disk and remain untouched.

Yes, of course. Every image you save is a standard JPEG or PNG file, and every video an MP4 file, in the folder you chose on your computer. They are yours: open them in any photo viewer, add them to patient records, print them or email them, with or without a licence, and even after uninstalling the software. Nothing in them depends on Plastic Surgery Simulator.

Cancelling renewal stops the next payment; your key remains active until the end of the current period. The Stripe billing portal is the authoritative source for your subscription status and the date your access ends, and your customer account reflects it.

Your activation key is permanently available in your customer account, together with your renewal date and activation history. Invoices, payment method and all other billing information are in the billing portal linked from the account.

Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase. Every licence comes with a full 7-day free trial, so please try before you buy.

Not when you open, crop, reshape, heal, measure, annotate, save, print or animate: all of that runs on your computer, by native code, with no upload. The only exception is AI Edit. When you press Generate, a newly created copy of the painted area, with some surrounding context, is sent directly to the AI provider. It never passes through our servers, it is set to expire 10 minutes after processing, and it is never used to train or develop any product. More about AI Edit and privacy.

The software never puts your images in the cloud by itself. If you want that, you can point its save location at a folder that a cloud service already syncs, such as Google Drive, OneDrive or iCloud Drive, and your files will travel between your computers as normal documents. That arrangement is yours to make and yours to govern: the choice of provider, the sharing settings and any patient-data obligations that follow are your responsibility.

Yes. EXIF data from the original file, such as camera, device, date and GPS, is not carried into the images the software saves.

No. The desktop software does not track which tools you use, how many images you open, or how long you work.

Trial and licence activation and periodic licence checks. If you use AI Edit, the painted area of the photo, sent to the AI provider when you press Generate, and requests for your credit balance. If you choose Send Feedback or expressly consent to send a sanitized crash report, that limited submission too. No tool-usage analytics are included.

Yes. The website and the customer portal use Google Analytics to measure visits, downloads and purchases. See the privacy policy.

AI Edit simulates procedures that reshaping can't produce, such as eyelid surgery, under-eye bags, facelift, neck lift, Botox, hair transplant, teeth whitening, veneers and eye colour. You choose a procedure, paint the area and press Generate; the result is blended into the original photo in under a minute. Discover AI Edit.

Each generation uses AI credits (1 credit = 1 US dollar), at its real processing cost. Eye procedures can cost as little as $0.05; a full lower face and neck lift costs about $0.10 to $0.20. Every licence includes $1 of free credits, and packs of 10 credits cost $10.

No. Every other tool is unlimited and included in the licence. Credits are only used by AI Edit.

No. A recent phone or camera photo is enough, and the tools are direct enough that most simulations take a few strokes. Install the trial and you can be simulating within minutes; the documentation and videos cover every tool when you want to go further.

Yes. Simulation, saving and printing work with no connection. An internet connection is required once for activation and periodically afterwards so the licence status can be refreshed, and while you generate with AI Edit.

Yes. The Animate view can be exported as an MP4 video, alongside the still images.

Yes. Name, address, phone, email, website and a disclaimer can be added automatically to every saved image.

Yes. The Angle tool measures in degrees, and Ratio shows each line's length as a proportion of a reference line, directly on the simulation. Measurements appear in the images you save, print and share. They support a consultation; they are not a medical measuring device.

Windows: a computer running Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with a hardware-accelerated GPU. Installing the trial is the easiest way to check that your computer can run it.

Mac: an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later.

Activation keys are platform-specific.

It is built specifically for each operating system with its own desktop technologies: C#/.NET with WinUI on Windows, and Swift with SwiftUI and AppKit on macOS. It is an installable desktop application, not a web application packaged inside a desktop shell. This lets it work directly with the operating system and hardware-accelerated graphics, for responsive controls, smooth real-time image deformation, familiar system dialogs and shortcuts.

Windows: on the download page, click the Microsoft Store badge to download the installer, then double-click it. Alternatively, open it in the Microsoft Store app.

macOS: download the disk image, open it, then drag Plastic Surgery Simulator onto the Applications folder.

Windows: in Settings, open Apps, find Plastic Surgery Simulator and select Uninstall.

macOS: in the Applications folder, drag Plastic Surgery Simulator to the Trash, then empty the Trash.

Uninstalling does not delete images you created; they remain in the folders where you saved them.

No. Saved images are independent files, kept separately from the application, and Plastic Surgery Simulator does not store them in a cloud. Uninstalling does not alter or delete them.
