Pricing and licensing
Is it a subscription?
Yes. The licence costs $99 for twelve months and renews automatically every year unless you cancel renewal. You can cancel yourself at any time from your customer account; access continues until the end of the period already paid. The images you have saved are ordinary files: yours, even after the licence ends.
Can I use one key on two computers?
Yes, on two of your own computers of the same platform, typically a desktop and a laptop. If you replace a computer, release the old one from your customer account and activate the new one with the same key.
Does one key cover Windows and macOS?
No. A key activates only the platform it was bought for. If you work on both, you need one key for each. AI credits, however, are shared across your Windows and macOS licences.
Is it a multi-user or practice licence?
A licence is for one user. Each additional user needs their own licence.
Where are my key and invoices?
Your activation key is available immediately and permanently in your customer account, with your renewal date and active computers. Invoices and payment methods are in the Stripe billing portal, linked from the account.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase: email us from the address used for the purchase. Because a complete 7-day trial is free, please try the software on your own computer before you buy.
Can I use a discount code?
If you received one, enter it on the Stripe payment page after you choose your platform. The total updates there.
Are AI credits required?
No. AI credits are only used by AI Edit. Every other tool is unlimited and included in the licence. Each licence includes $1 of free AI credits, and you can buy packs of 10 credits for $10 whenever you need more.
