Face, lips and neck

Facelift, neck lift and Botox simulation with AI Edit

Lifting changes skin, not just shape. AI Edit generates the smoother jawline, lifted jowls and softened lines that hand reshaping can't produce, and blends them back into the patient's own photograph.

How it is done

Facelift and neck lift in three steps

  1. Choose the procedure

In AI Edit, pick Lower facelift, Lower face and neck lift, or Upper face Botox package. Each sends a fixed, carefully tuned instruction to the model: you never write prompts.

  2. Paint the area

Cover the area to treat and extend just slightly beyond it. Only the painted area can change; everything outside it stays exactly as photographed.

  3. Generate, review, apply

In under a minute the result appears. Apply it, generate again or discard it. An applied AI edit can be undone like any other action.

One click, under a minute

Each AI Edit procedure sends a fixed, carefully tuned instruction to the model. You choose the procedure and paint the area; you never write prompts.

Tips from practice

  • Do AI edits first, on the unmodified photo, then refine with reshaping and Spot healing.
  • Combine the lift with an upper face Botox package for a complete rejuvenation discussion.
  • Use Comparison to show original and simulation side by side, and Animate to morph between them.

Questions

Facelift and neck lift simulation: questions

What does an AI simulation cost?

AI Edit is the only feature charged per use, with AI credits (1 credit = 1 US dollar). Eye procedures can cost as little as $0.05; a full lower face and neck lift costs about $0.10 to $0.20. Every licence includes $1 of free AI credits, and failed generations are usually free.

Is the AI simulation sent to the cloud?

Only when you press Generate. Plastic Surgery Simulator sends a newly created copy of the painted area with a little surrounding context, directly to the AI provider. It never passes through our servers, it is set to expire 10 minutes after processing, and it is never used to train models. The rest of the photograph, its file name and its metadata stay on your computer. Read our image policy.
